As a Certified Functional Strength Coach, Meghan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to VHP. As a former competitive powerlifter and a forever student of all things health and wellness, she is able to ensure that our members' training and nutrition needs are always met. Meghan is high energy and meticulous, making her classes fun and highly effective.

As a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, natural born coach, police officer, former Division 1 Football player and former competitive powerlifter, Corey has an innate gift of bringing out the best in all of our members. Corey has been a long time student of the Strength and Conditioning field. He has battled countless injuries and through it all has developed a unique skill set which teaches people with nagging injuries/joint pain to strength train effectively, without pain. Corey's training sessions are exciting, demanding, and will push people to become the best versions of themselves.
